We use fresh local produce, organic meat, chicken and eggs, farmhouse cheeses, freshly ground coffee and loose tea. In season, fruit and vegetables from the garden are regularly served. Cooking on an Aga, Enid produces a large range of homemade foods including bread, cakes and jam. Previously she was awarded an AA rosette for culinary excellence six years running in a country house hotel on Exmoor.

Breakfast is at a prearranged time between 7.30 and 9 from Monday to Friday, and 8.30 and 9.30 on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays:
