1. Booking Please call +44 (0)1985 216631 to make a booking or book online on www.crockertonhouse.co.uk. We require a deposit of 20% of the value of the booking and accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Electron, Switch, Maestro and Solo. The booking will be regarded as firm when we have received your deposit and issued a confirmation.
2. Amendment Terms may be amended without notice before booking.
3. Special requests Requests for special diets etc must be made at the time of booking and we cannot guarantee your wishes will be met.
4. Restrictions Crockerton House is nonsmoking and welcomes children over 12 years of age. Sorry no pets.
5. Cancellations If you have to cancel your booking, please advise us as soon as possible. We will try to relet your cancelled accommodation but your deposit will not normally be refunded due to the administration costs of making the initial booking and rebooking. In the event of not being able to relet the accommodation, you are liable to 30% of the total charge if you cancel within 28 days of the visit date; 60% if you cancel within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.
6. Payment of balance Accounts must be settled in full before departure. We accept most credit and debit cards (see clause 1) and cheques by prior arrangement.
7. Car parking Cars are parked at owners' risk with one space allowed per room.
8. Check in and check out Check in is between 4 and 6pm unless otherwise agreed. Bedrooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. We may be out between 11am and 4pm.
9. Afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast Tea/coffee and cakes are served between 4 and 5pm on the day of arrival. Dinner requires advanced booking and is usually served at 8pm from Monday to Saturday (not Sunday). Although we are not licensed to serve alcoholic drinks, you are welcome to bring your own drinks and we will be very happy to serve your wine at the table. Breakfast is at an agreed time between 7.30 and 9am (Saturday and Sunday 8.30 to 9.30). In the event of late or non-arrival booked meals will be charged in full.
